Reporting to:  Senior Manager / Business Development (Pharmaceutical Division)

  • Coordinating with the senior in Marketing & Product Development for Pharma Division at VARDA.

  • Responsible for, marketing of the existing products and services, and also developing new clientele in the market.

  • Coordinating with senior, in Developing and Managing new Principals and Clients for the domestic Pharma Market.

  • Assisting with Senior to Develop and deliver Business plans, and Business models for various products. And helping to manage those, as different individual PROJECTS.

  • Instrumental in developing healthy relationship with principals & clients, creating & Building respectable image for VARDA with them, as a valuable business associate and delivering quality professional services with integrity.

  • Meeting the clients & Principals on regular intervals, and have direct interaction with them, ensuring the quality deliverance of the services with high level of customer satisfaction.

Coordinating with Senior in Developing new ideas and marketing plans for the Business in reference to the domain knowledge, implementing them with value addition.

THE POSITIONS REQUIRE:

1. 2-3 years of marketing experience in a Pharmaceutical business environment
2. B Sc (Chem.) / B Pharm with MBA in marketing or a related field
3. Leadership and pro-active approach, with good learning ability is necessary
4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical skills with an ability to see the larger picture while effectively managing details
6. A desire to take a lead on key efforts in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Deputy Manager / Strategic Sourcing (Pharmaceutical Division) Apply Now


Reporting to:  Director / Business Development


- Strategic Sourcing of APIs & Intermediates through Imports at VARDA, responsible for marketing of the existing product range and developing new products & clientele, Managing healthy relationship with principals & clients, and image building of VARDA with them, by promising and delivering quality professional services.
  • Responsible to Develop and deliver ‘Projects on contract’ for clients in INDIA, through establishing a strong trusted relationship with Global principals around the world.

  • Responsible for Developing and Managing new Principals and Clients for Imports of Pharmaceutical Market, with the core concentration on developing specialized products for future Business with more value addition.

  • Meeting the clients & Principals on time-to-time basis, ensuring the quality deliverance of the services with high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Preparation of strategy and co-ordination with the Management for Pharmaceutical Imports Market. (for   short term as well as for long term for the business for strategic sourcing & development activities.)

  • Developing new ideas for the Business in reference to the domain knowledge of strategic sourcing, and implementing them with value addition.

THE POSITIONS REQUIRE:

1. 5 years of marketing/indenting experience in a Pharmaceutical environment, candidates with experience in Pharma bulk/intermediates imports, would be preferred.
2. BSc (Chem.) / B Pharm with MBA in marketing or a related field

Assisting and managing communication for Senior Executives / relevant division, and Handling the schedules and coordinating with business activities.
  • Corresponding and coordinating with the Principals and clients, where ever it is required.

  • Managing Communication for enquiries and quotations for specific tasks of business activities and coordinating with the concerned.

  • Assisting on required information for other managers in case of need and requirement

  • Managing few administration activities, operational and housekeeping point.

  • Assisting in HR activities related to Company.

THE POSITIONS REQUIRE:

1. 1-2 years of experience, with similar responsibilities in a business environment.
2. Any Graduate with secretarial experience.
