VARDA is firm in its commitment to social responsibility and considers Human and Social Development as an integral part of our working process, aiming to make a difference in peoples lives, and we believe that it's a continuo's process and not just a program.

We deliver it with unstilted support from each individual in the Organization, which is a motivational factor at higher end of Human needs for each individual, that they are part of an effort which is intended to make positive difference in the lives of under privileged.

VARDA sees itself as a catalyst of change, which will foster, develop and promote initiatives at individual, group and organization levels that attempt sustainable development of surroundings by individual groups and society at large.

We are privileged to take the honour of rendering our responsibility towards the society, hence we don't call our work in this front as Social service, and rather we prefer to call it as "Social Responsibility", and truly believe in the concept of making a positive difference to the society where we live in.

The approach is to identify programs that would make a significant difference to the quality of life of a large number of people in the community and assume responsibility for it until the program becomes self-sustaining.

LAYA as word in language Telugu stands for "Rhythm".

This process of LAYA, is to bring out the "Rhythm" in the life of a deprived children by creating a pattern of life for them, and make them feel wanted like any other children and give a fair choice to live the life.

LAYA is an effort, which makes itself sustainable process to an underprivileged child till we get the result, here in this we adopt a child who is an orphan, at tender age and bear their lively wood and educational expenditure completely, till they secure respectable job in later part, matching his/her capabilities and caliber, become independent and sustainable to lead a respectable citizen's life in this country.

Aim of LAYA is not to redistribute the resources in an idealistic, utopian concept, which is unrealistic and unattainable. We believe that the solution lies in empowering the deprived / under privileged to realize their latent potential in order to reduce the inequality, and become self sufficient in their own way and lead a respectable life, there by achieving their aspirations.

SHRUTI as a word in language Telugu stands for "Tune"

This process of SHRUTI is to bring the "Tune" in the life of deprived people various aspects of life, by making a difference and self sustainable in their lives, there by in the community and society.

VARDA needs big committed Human volunteers for several proposed projects, who are whole heartedly willing to make a difference in lives of other people. We are eagerly looking forward to make this program workable in good and big way in future.
