You are probably in charge of procuring standards for the bioanalytical department of your firm. You need to ensure that the vendor has properly researched a quotation. How we ensure Project Progress Progress will be closely monitored, and problems solved before they become significant, by regular peer review from all of our synthetic chemistry people. Warranty We promise to use our best professional efforts to make the compound and to deliver on time. If we cannot deliver a particular standard of product, we will let you know within minimum possible time, enabling you to have alternative plans on those projects. We warrant that the compound meets or exceeds the specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis. In the event that a compound is ever found to fall below specifications, we will fix the problem without any additional charges to you, or for an insoluble problem, give you your money back.
